Coastal Seashell Cross Wall Art/Home Decor

Beautiful Seashell Cross composition art. This piece is composed of a 5 x 7 x 0.75 in. cradled wood panel painted in gold acrylic inks and adorned with beautiful poppies and textured papers. A Cross composition created with seashells that I found on the South Carolina coast, specifically Edisto Island, adorns this piece which has then been mounted to a black matboard and framed in an 8 x 10 in. frame. For as long as I can remember, I have adored beachcombing and I have always been drawn to the imperfect, fantastic finds. No two are alike. Each is uniquely beautiful. I love the curves and the colors of seashells. I imagine their story, where they started and how they came to find me and to catch my eye. It only seems fitting that I combine my love of creating art with my love for coastal treasures.
